Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


United Technologies is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer care management, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in customer care processes - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement of customer care operations - Lead by example, demonstrating dedication, energy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Cultivate a team culture that values leadership, attention to detail, and continuous learning - Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members - Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer care management - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer care tools - Dedicated and energetic personality, with a commitment to excellence - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
