Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team at Rockwell Collins. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in customer care or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and abilities


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer care role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Driven and energetic personality with a strong desire to help others - Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
