Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Macy’s is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis working from home in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, ensuring they provide excellent service to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Monitor customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the team. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and streamline processes. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Develop training programs for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 5. Team player with a positive attitude. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
