Job Description:
Fluor is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer experience and drive loyalty - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores and response times, to track progress and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer care or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work well under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive desired outcomes - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions
