Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Care Manager to join our team at Fannie Mae. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives who work remotely from home. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer care strategies to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Monitor team performance, provide feedback and coaching as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - At least 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong decision-making and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Highly adaptable and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
