Job Description - Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Gilead Sciences is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level professionals looking to gain valuable experience in customer care within the pharmaceutical industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage and prioritize customer communication effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address unique customer situations and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong people management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders - Creativity and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
