Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Huber+Suhner is seeking a reliable and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to conduct thorough research.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service for all inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
