Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


Big Lots is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Care Officer in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, possess strong people management skills, and demonstrate a high level of adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer information - Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Contribute to the development of customer care strategies and initiatives - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software - Resilient, energetic, and able to adapt to changing circumstances - People management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
