Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Freddie Mac is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and passionate, with strong strategic planning and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus) - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
