Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Chesapeake Energy is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Representative to join our team in Zurich, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues - Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Persuasion skills to effectively resolve customer issues - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
