Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Rado Watch Co Ltd is seeking a reliable and confident Customer Care Representative to join our team in Zurich, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Providing product information and assistance with purchases - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing returns and refunds according to company policies - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Proficiency in various software applications and CRM systems
