Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Representative at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary role will be to assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and any issues they may encounter during their stay at our hotel. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.


Responsibilities: - Answering phone calls and responding to emails from guests - Assisting guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications - Resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events - Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and feedback


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Must be fluent in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
