Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Principal Financial is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Providing product information and assisting with order processing 4. Conducting research to address customer questions and concerns 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Following up with customers to ensure resolution of any outstanding issues 8. Meeting or exceeding customer service quality and productivity goals


Requirements: 1. 4 years of previous experience in customer service or a related field 2. Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic 3. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to research and find solutions 4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
