Job Description:
Ashland is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, have a collaborative mindset for teamwork, and exhibit excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, escalating as necessary. 3. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and product information. 6. Identify potential upsell opportunities and promote company products and services. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold service standards and customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Motivated and resourceful personality traits. 8. Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
