Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Calpine is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Customer Care Representative at Calpine, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. 6. Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements. 7. Contribute to the improvement of customer care processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 3. Strong strategic planning and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
