Job Description - Customer Care Representative


Job Description:


Straumann Holding AG is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient, motivated, and possess strong project management and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer care strategies - Assist with handling customer escalations as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
