Customer Care Representative - Work from home

As a Customer Care Representative at Newmont Mining, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize critical thinking skills to address complex customer concerns effectively - Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on company products and services - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Resilient and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working independently and remotely - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
