Job Description:

BlackRock is seeking a talented Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work from home position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Entry Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and managing delivery schedules - Maintaining accurate customer records in our database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
