As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in every interaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to company growth

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer care - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
