Job Description - Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Swiss Krono Group in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and shipping inquiries. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. 7. Assist with additional customer care tasks or projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Proven planning and project management skills.
