Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Specialist at Progressive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing support and assistance to customers with their accounts and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Motivated and confident individual with a positive attitude - Attention to detail and strong research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
