Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description


Kraft Heinz is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer care or related role. We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual who excels in planning and strategic thinking.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services to customers - Process orders and returns accurately - Monitor customer accounts and maintain customer records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer care processes - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
