Job Description:
Alcoa is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements: - Confident and driven personality - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of innovation and leadership in a customer service role - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
