Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in customer service and support. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor as needed - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong analytical skills to identify and solve customer problems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
