Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Miele Switzerland, a leading manufacturer of high-quality household appliances, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are passionate, driven, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Emotional intelligence and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with online platforms
