Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Plains GP Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This position will be remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and effectively. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Driven and resourceful attitude with a passion for helping others. 4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience with people management or leadership is a plus. 6. Availability to work part-time hours and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
