Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Genesis Healthcare is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Zurich, CH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, possess project management skills, and have a high level of emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 6. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive working relationship.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong project management skills. 4. Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
