Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Mammut Sports Group AG is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for a highly adaptable and motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and returns - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders and handle billing inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Creative thinking to find innovative solutions for customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
