Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at WESCO International in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating and finding solutions in a timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers to assist them in making informed purchase decisions - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with data entry and maintaining customer records in the company database - Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to meeting customer needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Presentation skills and attention to detail are essential - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
