Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Genuine Parts is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess a resilient and resourceful personality, as well as strong soft skills in persuasion and teamwork.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Assist customers with product selections, orders, and returns 4. Work closely with the sales team to provide support and follow-up on leads 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals 8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong problem-solving abilities 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 7. Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus)
