Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Lowe's. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a positive and helpful attitude - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and hardworking with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle high call volumes - Comfortable working remotely and independently - High school diploma or equivalent
