Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

CenturyLink is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting the overall success of our customer service department.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing inquiries, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and satisfaction levels - Assist in organizing and coordinating customer events and promotions - Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Independent and reliable work ethic - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
