Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Costco is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work remotely from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be passionate and resourceful, with strong people management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 4.
