Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate at Molina Healthcare, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their healthcare benefits, claims, or any other inquiries they may have. Your daily tasks will involve answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. 2. Provide accurate information about healthcare plans, coverage, and benefits. 3. Assist customers with claims processing and payment inquiries. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction and service delivery. 7. Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry trends. 8. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 7. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer service software.
