Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Biogen is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are adaptable and resourceful, with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to Biogen's clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a thorough understanding of Biogen's products and services to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement - Meet established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution times - Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
