Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time entry-level associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with problem-solving skills - Engaging customers to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions - Processing orders accurately and efficiently - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Strategically planning and organizing customer service tasks to ensure effectiveness

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful problem-solving skills to handle various customer situations - Strategic planning abilities to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Fluent in English and German
