Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

PPG Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess strong independent and driven personality traits.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions for customers. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend solutions. 6. Meet and exceed set customer service performance metrics and goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong independent and driven personality traits. 3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
