Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Computer Sciences is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, with strong negotiation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and providing product information - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member - Providing feedback to improve customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
