Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate level position with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be adaptable, driven, possess emotional intelligence, and excel in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, and returns - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Adaptable and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve company goals - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs
