Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

iHeartMedia is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being resilient and energetic. Additionally, soft skills such as strategic planning and leadership are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met - Utilize data to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement in customer service

Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and leadership - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
