Frontier Communications is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Geneva, CH. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and hardworking - Critical thinking and project management skills
