Loews is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. We are looking for a confident and reliable individual who possesses strong innovation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product recommendations, orders, and returns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
