Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Process customer orders and returns accurately in the system - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional presentation at all times - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
