Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Manager to join our team at TIAA in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service department and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 3. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery. 4. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. Fluency in English and French.
