Job Description:
Level 3 Communications is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track team performance and effectiveness. 5. Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide top-notch customer service. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, with at least 7 years in a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 5. Ability to think strategically and plan effectively. 6. Persuasive and able to influence others. 7. Knowledge of customer service software and tools. 8. Fluency in English and German.
