Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Tractor Supply is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a strong customer-centric mindset.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to all customers. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and coach team members to enhance their customer service skills. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude. 2. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
