Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

Bucher Industries AG, a leading industrial machinery and equipment company based in Zurich, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service and a background in mid-to-senior level management roles.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include resolving escalated customer issues, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, and overseeing the training and development of customer service staff.

In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, you will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve overall customer experience. You will collaborate with other departments to implement strategies that enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service - Proven track record of success in a mid-to-senior level management role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and research skills - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
