Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Clorox in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for leading our customer service department and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Lead the customer service team in providing exceptional support to customers - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Train and mentor customer service representatives to provide excellent service - Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Driven and independent personality traits - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices
