Job Description:


Crown Holdings, a leading global manufacturer of packaging products, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team working from home in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively managing a team of customer service representatives.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer service department - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Train, mentor, and provide guidance to customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5 years of experience in a customer service management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and able to work effectively in a remote environment - Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Proficient in negotiation and critical thinking - Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
