Job Description:
State Street Corp. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Customer Service Manager, you will work remotely from home and be responsible for overseeing all customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for customer service staff to improve communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 7 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction. 4. Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Reliable and driven with a passion for customer service excellence.
